Rumor has it that "joining other local jurisdiction in educational campaign" is Fillios' wanting to use county CARES Act money for a "wear masks" public service announcement/campaign with the City of Coeur d'Alene.
The same commissioners that won't consider replacing our two Panhandle Health representatives, but want to spend money on a wear your mask campaign...
