"After receiving an unusually low amount of applications, Kootenai County has extended the application period for the Planning and Zoning Commission to December 15, 2021. Two commissioner terms expire on December 31, 2021. Planning commission members are selected by the County Commissioners for three year terms."
This commission meets once a month, with some extra meetings as needed. They make recommendations to the County Commissioners on comprehensive plans and county ordinances.
