We haven't updated on our legal suit regarding water rights for Lake Coeur d'Alene in a while, here is an update.
The Coeur d'Alene Tribe wants to go back to the original suit. This is despite the fact that NorthWest Property Owners Alliance and the other groups involved went to the Idaho Supreme Court, and won regarding all the water rights except private water users on the reservation.
We continue to fight through our attorney to ensure that the water rights for Lake Coeur d'Alene are a joint decision by all property owners involved.
