There is a lot of concern how local government is spending American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) money.
In the text of ARPA it states, "Recipient also agrees to comply with All: other applicable Federal Statues, Regulations, and Executive Orders, and Recipient Shall Provide for such compliance by Other Parties in any agreements it enters into with other parties relating to this award."
This continual flow of federal money is making us more and more reliant on the federal government. This is not good.
